The Big O!
November 1, 2006Hey … not that O! I am talking about Carter’s first complete drawing of the letter O. He did it tonight on his little magnetic doodler. I have drawn quite possibly upwards of 1000 O’s in the hopes he would get it. It seemed like it was not sinking in until tonight when he drew the O pictured below. The random squiggles were his first attempts to start the circle but once established he closed that loop like a pro! When Alice questioned him about how he learned it he said “Baba jiao” which means Daddy taught me. Yeah .. pretty damn proud at this moment.
THE BIG Q!!! - An update to this post. When Carter looked at the blog he said “Oh! Letter Q!” Hey - he said it was an O when he drew it and that is what I am sticking with.
